Tupi: 2D Magic is an open source design and authoring tool for 2D animations. You can make 2D drawings using different size brushes. You can also change the color of the brush, clear canvas, undo actions, insert a description of your project and publish your drawings.
It's the new incarnation of the StudioChris Brush Installer for Corel Painter X.
